PRAYER IN THE SECRET PLACE

We need to spend quality time with God.  There should be a quiet place where you go and pray to God.  Where it's just you and him.  God's spirit speaking to your spirit and your spirit speaking to God's spirit.  Your soul should hunger and thirst after God, the same way the deer panteth after the water brooks, so should your soul panteth after the living God.  Enter into a place where you can be alone with God, away from any distractions.  Did you know that God longs for you to talk to him?
He loves you and he wants you to communicate with him.  Prayer is a form of worship, when we pray we are worshipping him.  We are asking him to help us, we are telling him that we need him and we can do nothing without him.  Psalm 91 says, he that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high God shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.  When you dwell in the secret place you will abide in God.  His Holy presence will be upon you where ever you go, his anointing will rest upon you.  He will protect you, no evil will come upon you.  He will give his angels charge over you, to keep you safe.  Angels are ministering spirits sent to minister for those who are heirs of salvation.   He will deliver us from trouble.
He will give us long life and show us his salvation. We serve an awesome God!  Jesus said, ask and it will be given to you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you.  The Tabernacle in the Old Testament had the outer court, then the Holy Place and the Holy of Holies.  The Holy of Holies is the most intimate, the most Holy Place.  When we enter into the presence of God, we always begin in the outer court, which is the asking realm.  In this realm we need to confess our sins before we enter into the Holy Place.  The Holy Place is where  we begin to worship God and seek his face, this is the seeking realm.  When we enter into the Holy of Holies, we experience an intimate communion with God, this is the knocking realm.  In this realm the door will be opened. Ask, seek, knock.  Most Christians only experience the outer court, the asking realm.  Some experience the Holy Place, the seeking realm.  Very few Christians experience the Holy of Holies, the knocking realm, where the door of God's Holy presence resides.  We need to pursue God, we need to enter into his presence through prayer.  God said, you will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart.  Jeremiah 29:13  God hears and answers prayer.  He said, you will call on me and pray to me and I will listen to you.  In the secret place is where wisdom is found and also understanding.
Jesus said, whatever you ask in my name, that I will do, that the father may be glorified in the son.
